Audience: Individual RFL Event Leadership Teams
Delivery: In person or virtually over 2 hours; can be split up into multiple sessions.
Objective: Unlike other ELT Training options, the IMPACT Workshop has been developed to engage all Event Leadership Team members in a few vitally important exercises. It doesn’t matter whether members of our ELTs are seasoned Relayers or if they are relatively new, everyone can benefit from being a part of the workshop; and, without a doubt the success of our Relay For Life
events is dependent on volunteer leadership being a part of goal setting, actionable recruitment strategies, and creating best-in class event experiences.
Facilitation: Ideal workshop facilitators are objective individuals and are not current members of the ELT or event staff partners. Consider utilizing volunteers from a neighboring event, a member of the Community Fundraising Leadership Team or other ACS volunteer (Area Board member, etc.).
