Relay For Life 2025: 40 Years of Impact
Hope Club
Once you raise a minimum of $100, you join our Hope Club, a group of dedicated participants who have achieved this fundraising goal, and you will receive our special Hope Club shirt to wear proudly at your event.
After earning Hope Club status, you will receive an email allowing you to redeem your Hope Club shirt. If you participate in a GoldTogether team, you can choose a GoldTogether Hope Club shirt instead of the traditional shirt.
Redemption emails and shirt shipping will begin December 2, 2024.
Survivor
Cancer survivors will be given the option to provide their size for their purple survivor t-shirt during the online registration process for their Relay For Life event. Shirts will ship weekly to the address provided during registration. There is no fundraising requirement for survivor shirts.

Team Captain
New in 2025, team captains (and co-captains) will receive a special Team Captain shirt once their team raises $1000. Both team donations & participant donations count towards the $1000 threshold.
After achieving $1000 or more in fundraising on your team, captains and co-captains will receive an email to redeem for their shirt.
Redemption emails and shirt shipping will begin December 2, 2024. It may take up to 2 weeks after your team reaches $1000 to receive your redemption email.
Event Leadership
Returning in 2025, ACS staff partners will order ELT shirts for all event leadership team volunteers. There is no centralized redemption process for ELT shirts in 2025. Although we encourage all ELT members to be part of the Hope Club, there is no fundraising requirement for ELT shirts.

Why wasn't I asked about being a survivor on my registration?
Returning participants have two collapsible sections that will appear and are pre-filled with their information from last year (including their relationship to cancer).
If you want to confirm your shirt size, log into the dashboard and select Update My Profile, this will show the shirt size selected. You can also view your relationship to cancer status.
How often will t-shirts ship?
Starting on or around December 1, 2024, shirts will ship 1-2 times per week.
T-shirts can take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the timing of their redemption and when the vendor has a weekly scheduled shipment to go out. Shipments can be sent to a PO Box. Tracking information is unavailable from the vendor.
Can I earn all four shirts?
Yes. Participants will have an opportunity to claim all four t-shirts when they qualify for each.
What if I select the wrong size during registration?
Please contact our vendor, Will Enterprises, directly for assistance. Your ACS staff partner cannot change your size after registration.

Will fundraising efforts be considered from both online and offline?
Online and offline confirmed income will be included.
If any of these participants are registered for multiple events, will they receive an email for each event?
No, for any registered for multiple events, they will receive one redemption email and t-shirt. Survivors who register for more than one event will only receive one survivor shirt.
What happens if a Hope Club member, survivor, team captain, or ELT does not have an email address?
- Hope Club: Please contact your event’s staff partner.
- Team Captain: Please contact your event’s staff partner.
- Survivor: Call 800.227.2345 to get registered as a survivor. T-shirt size will be asked and a shirt will automatically be shipped within 3 weeks.
- ELT: All ELT shirts are ordered by staff in 2024, so no email is required.
How often will emails go out to Hope Club members & team captains?
Emails will be sent daily to those who have reached $100 or more in RFL fundraising. The emails go out between 1:30-6pm Eastern Time with the subject line “You’ve earned a Hope Club t-shirt – redeem it today!“.

Do co-captains receive a shirt? How do I add a co-captain?
Yes, co-captains will also receive an email to redeem for a Team Captain shirt once the team reaches $1000 or more of fundraising.
Team captains can manage their co-captains in their Dashboard. Under the My Team tab, click the pencil icon next to Team Captain and then select any co-captains.
Will survivor shirts be available at events?
In general, extra t-shirts will not be available at an event. It is important to register before the event to ensure you have a shirt available. Registration is available at http://relayforlife.org or by calling 800.227.2345.
What if a participant registers but doesn’t choose the survivor designation during registration?
Please call us at 1-800-227-2345, option 2 for assistance changing your registration. Note that local ACS staff partners cannot change this – only our customer support specialists can.
Will we offer Grand Club / All Star t-shirts?

Will t-shirts be redeemed through Relay Rewards?
We will continue to offer Relay/ACS Rewards at shopacsrewards.org; however, Hope Club, Survivor, & ELT t-shirt redemption will not occur through the Relay Rewards website.
Is there a deadline for using the redemption code to obtain a t-shirt?
T-shirts must be ordered by 11/30/2025.
